Shipping policy

NuBonelle aim to dispatch all stock purchases within 2–3 business days. Standard UK delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from dispatch.

For orders, NuBonelle will contact customers via email, text or telephone to discuss and arrange dispatch.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, NuBonelle will contact you via email or telephone.

We use eco-conscious, minimal packaging wherever possible as part of our commitment to sustainability.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the speed required, order size and value.

International shipping is available to select countries.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping & delivery
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping methods:

  • Express delivery – 1–2 days from dispatch
  • Standard delivery – 3–5 days from dispatch
  • Standard delivery – orders over £50.00 dispatched free of charge, 3–5 days from dispatch

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your purchase has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
NuBonelle is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).
